Order Cancellation

Federal and state law requires that Customers notify their retail customers that they have three business days (5 business days for Alaska residents and 15 days for residents of North Dakota age 65 or older) within which to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund upon return of the products in substantially as good condition as when they were delivered. Saturday is a business day, Sundays and legal holidays are not business days. Customers shall verbally inform their customers of this right, shall provide their customers with TWO copies of a retail receipt at the time of the sale, and shall point out this cancellation right stated on the receipt.


Return Policy

Natica offers a 100% money-back guarantee (less shipping charges) to all customers.  A customer may return unused or defective product to Natica for a full refund (less the shipping charges) as long as the product is shipped to Natica, shipping pre-paid, within thirty (30) days of the date that customer received the product. Returns of unused products made after seven (7) days from the date that the customer or Customer received the product shall be charged a 10% restocking fee.

This product guarantee does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse, and shipping costs are not refundable.  Product returned as defective product may be subject to additional testing and investigation by Natica to determine whether in fact the product is defective or was abused or misused. Natica reserves the right to refuse a refund if a product is not defective or was abused or misused.

Natica reserves the right to refuse future sales without advance notice if in its sole discretion Natica determines the Customer is abusing this return policy.

Should there be a promotion for “Free Shipping” and a refund is requested, the standard shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund, to cover the shipping costs incurred by GelMoment.


Procedures for All Returns

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange.

All merchandise must be returned by the customer who purchased it directly from Natica.

The return is accompanied a copy of the order receipt, and the unused product in its original container.

Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to Natica shipping pre-paid. Natica does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Customer. If returned product is not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer or customer to trace the shipment.

No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
